This is accomplished through careful selection of good wines, often completely unknown, from small, boutique cellars. Wines, which can’t be bought at the supermarkets, and which have history. Therefore, apart from our main wine list, we have selected for you wines, which you may not be able to find in the wine lists of another restaurant in Sofia, and which we hope you will enjoy.
