At the Toró restaurant you can try tapas, but forget what you have eaten in the traditional tapas restaurants in Spain. Here the meals are unconventional, from all around the world, with many original and delicious decisions, offered by the chef, as everything is prepared of fresh and top quality products only. The meals are offered in tapas portions and standard portions.

The chef often uses not traditional and not very well known products for preparing the meals. Therefore this is the only place, where you can try:

  • Salad with garden cress, smoked trout, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and red onion, dressed with lime and honey
  • Potage of sweet corn with baby courgettes and fennel
  • Chop of angler (sea-devil) with sauce of tomatoes and capers from Sicily and new baby potatoes with pesto sauce
  • Cock, prepared in clay pot with wine, forest mushrooms and wild onion, served with puree of potatoes and celery, herbs and foam of Jamon Iberico
  • Frog legs, marinated in soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic, served with sauted tomatoes con casse and aromatic French peas
  • Strawberries in amaretto sauce, soused green pepper and mascarpone kennel

Every month Toró’s menu is updated with new proposals, selected by the chef, based on the season and the available fresh products.

The food will be served in designer’s plates of the world famous Glass Studio, and the wine – in Riedel glasses.
