Maurizio Ferreri

               Maurizio is a true Sicilian, who loves Bulgaria! He also loves cooking very much!

               Unlike many of his compatriots, who pretend to be cooks, Maurizio is a member of the FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA COUCHI since 1988. He has been living in Bulgaria for twenty years. Maurizio imports Sicilian foodstuffs and wines, and in Sicily, his family has a factory, manufacturing the world-famous Sicilian ceramics.

Dimitar Ivanov

                You will know him by his bohemian appearance, gallant manners and the invariable cigarette. Mitko is the manager of La Piccola Casa, great connoisseur of tasty food and good companies. He is at the restaurant almost all day, and you can approach him for reservations, events or any other questions.

   
Bobi

 

Boris Palahanov

                Bobby is the chef of La Piccola Casa. He has been engaged in culinary since he was fifteen. He has many years of experience as a cook at the Massa di Carrara, Northern Italy and in Sciacca, Sicily. He is one of the most ardent supporters of the canons in the classical Sicilian cuisine and therefore you can be sure that everything he prepares, will be truly Sicilian, without Balkan improvements and variations.
